The people behind the offer

4 people. 4 pillars. One family.

When your house is tied to something hard, a loss, a divorce, money trouble, the last thing you need is a faceless investor treating it like a spreadsheet. We're one family, and we treat your home, and your situation, with the respect it deserves.

Royce, Paloma, Danilo, and Fabiana — the four pillars of 4 Pillars Group
Our story

The name is literal.
We are the 4 pillars.

4 Pillars Group is owned equally by the four of us: Royce and Paloma, a husband-and-wife team, and Paloma's parents, Danilo and Fabiana. Each of us carries one pillar of the work, from your first phone call to the finished renovation.

That's why we can promise things bigger companies can't. There's no call center, because we answer the phone. There's no contractor markup, because the contractor is family. And there's no bait-and-switch, because the person who made you the offer is the person at the closing table.

We live and work here, in Orange County and along the coast. The homes we buy are in our own neighborhoods, and the people we buy them from are our neighbors.

Who does what

Meet the 4 pillars.

Royce and Paloma are the two people you'll talk to, start to finish. Danilo and Fabiana are the reason the condition of your home never scares us.

Royce

Royce

Your first call & the offer

The one who picks up the phone, walks your home, and puts the number in writing. He'll show you exactly how we got to it, and he'll tell you honestly if listing would serve you better.

Paloma

Paloma

Operations, start to close

The one who makes it smooth. Escrow, paperwork, timelines, and the hundred small things between a handshake and a closing, handled so you don't have to think about them.

Danilo

Danilo

Construction & contracting

Our general contractor, and Paloma's dad. He renovates every home we buy at cost, with real permits under a real license. He's why "it needs too much work" is never a problem here.

Fabiana

Fabiana

Design & the finished home

Paloma's mom, and the eye behind every finished home. When we say your house is going to a family who'll bring it back to life, she's the one who does it.

How we work

What you can hold us to.

These aren't marketing words. They're the rules of the house.

Honest, even when it costs us

If listing your home the traditional way would put more money in your pocket, we'll tell you so, even though it means we don't buy it.

Empathetic to your situation

Most people who call us are in the middle of something hard. We listen first, and there's never a hard sell or a countdown clock.

Respectful & confidential

No sign in the yard, no strangers touring, no one needs to know your business. What you tell us stays with us.

The number holds

The offer we sign is the price we close at. We don't come back a week later with a lower number. That practice is common in this industry, and we think it's indefensible.

Talk to the family, not a call center.

See an honest starting range for your home in about 60 seconds, or just call and talk it through. Either way, there's no pressure and no obligation.
